As an Arts & Sciences Passport to the World Year of South Asia Event, the UK Appalachian Center and Appalachian Studies program is happy to welcome Dr. Arun Agrawal to our Campus. Dr. Agrawal's talk, entitled The Perverse Effect of Sustainable Development Projects on Sustainability: The Case of Watershed Management in the Indian Himalaya will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in the UKAA Auditorium in the W. T. Young Library. The conversation will continue in the Alumni Gallery from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at a reception for our speaker.
