A&S students participated in a short workshop on how to build an altar for the Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead which was facilitated by Jacobo and Janice Aragon. Students learned how to make paper flowers, cut paper flags, and prepare an altar. At the end of the workshop, they used their creations to build altars in the 1st floor lobby, and 2nd floor of Patterson Office Tower. 2013/10/24 Photographs by: Dana Rogers Estudiantes del departamento de Arts & Sciences participaron en un taller dirigido por Jacobo y Janice Aragón, en el cual construyeron un altar para celebrar la tradición Mexicana del Día de los Muertos. Los estudiantes aprendieron como hacer flores de papel y sobre los diferentes elementos que se incorporan al altar. Los altares construidos por los estudiantes se encuentran en el Lobby y en el 2do nivel de POT.
